Yes. To accommodate nursing mothers, the American Board of Dermatology will arrange with our exam administration vendor for additional scheduled break time and access to a private room during an exam, for lactation purposes. To request nursing mother accommodations, candidates must select the 'Nursing Mother Test Accommodations' box when applying for an exam. This advanced notice is required because test center space is provided on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to availability. This accommodation could require travel to a test center that has private space available.
