What are the requirements for participating in continuing certification?
Continuing Certification comprises four parts:
- CertLink: Active participation provides assessment and CME.
- Practice Improvement: one activity every 5 years.
- Medical license: a U.S. or Canadian license, valid and unrestricted.
- Annual fee: $150 due by December 31 each year, is all-inclusive.
