ABMS Quality Improvement in Practice provides Quality Improvement Fundamentals and Improvement Activities that will introduce changes the individual physician can make in his/her own practice setting. Sample Improvement Activities include hand hygiene, medication reconciliation, allergy list, critical test results communication, discharge planning, safer prescription and order writing and correct person/site/procedure.
